ΝEW BOOK! The Crab in his Hole

Image
Summer is over but we can keep its spirit up with a story! Meet a little Crab who loves adventures and plays with new friends. TPT link TES link                       Two fairy tales where our Crab meets other animals from the mainland and from the sea. He discovers noe things as he is open to new experiences.  The book can be read on its own by any teacher, parent or child. In each fairy tale children will also find an empty page to add an adventure of their own and draw it on the book. Μusic teachers may use this book to teach musical forms in early ages (K-3)  (Binary, Ternary, Rondo, Theme & Variations). The idea is that each adventure corresponds to a section of the music. The stories are accompanied by happy Greek traditional music specially recorded for the book by some of the most prominent sol...

The winner stays in the circle, the other sits down.   Let's transform it to a music game:  Option 1: We sing the notes from Do to Ti : Do, Re, Mi, Fa, So, La, Ti. La and Ti are 6-7. Children who sing La and Ti play  Rock-Paper-Scissor to see who stays in the circle.    Option 2: I created a short song with 7 notes. Each child sings one syllable. The last 2 syllables are 6-7. You may create your own song with 7 notes choosing the notes you want to practice with yo...
